Christie was born in Lexington, KY and has lived in Ohio, Arkansas, Buenos Aires, Argentina and spent several years in Nashville, TN as a professional recording artist singing with the likes of The Kinley’s, Buddy Jewel, Deborah Gibson, Wayne Newton, Gavin Degraw and many others. She has a special place in her heart for our United States veterans and Military, even writing an original song to perform for her USO tour appearances. Christie also spent several yeas as a paid spokesperson for a national karaoke company, along with 80’s singer Deborah Gibson, traveling all over the country and making many television appearances.

Christie moved to Dallas in 2009 and began persuing her passion for real estate after having her first daughter in 2011. “I have always been drawn to the real estate industry…It is so much more than showing homes…it’s building lifelong connections and truly helping people find a place to ‘do life’ in. I get so much excitement and enjoyment out of being able to help people…I love my job and I don’t think that will ever change!”

Christie received her ABR a year after she started in real estate so that she could better represent her clients in each transaction, from negotiating to finding the most beneficial home for them and their families. “I am always looking to grow and learn, and in an industry like Real Estate, it is so very important to always be pushing yourself to learn new information and to stay on top of the changing market trends. I always look at what I would personally want in a real estate agent and the service I would desire and implement those thoughts into providing the best level of service to my clients.”

Christie specializes in working with First time home buyers, move-up buyers, VA and USDA buyers, foreclosure and HUD home properties, and Luxury home buyers.

“North Dallas truly feels like home to me and there is no other place I would want to raise my family. Not only are the school systems here superb, but the growth is fast paced, the people are ultra-friendly and it seems everywhere you turn the corner there is something fun to do!”

Christie is involved in her church in Frisco, TX as a part of the worship team, likes to volunteer at local charities such as Mane Gate in McKinney, TX. Every so often she is invited to sing at local places and weddings with a band called “Moving Colors”.

Lance was born in a small lake town in Northern Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas. (Go Hogs!!) Lance comes from a long line of real estate professionals. His grandfather started his own brokerage in 1968 and his father took over that brokerage in 1981. Lance also has a brother who is a top producing agent for Keller Williams Realty in Northwest Arkansas. He worked as a buyers agent in College while studying Finance and Engineering and was first licensed in real estate at the young age of 18.
