Frisco was formed in February of 1902, with the rich soil, convenient railway transportation, and water in the area bringing many people and resources to the town. The city spans across 69 miles and as of 2016 had a population of 163,000. Frisco is one of the most consistently growing cities in the North Dallas area, with many beautiful neighborhoods and no lack of activities in the area.

Some of these neighborhoods include Newman Village, Starwood, Chapel Creek, Stonebriar, The Trails of Frisco, Panther Creek, Christie Ranch, Shaddock Creek, Cypress Creek, Hollyhock, Lakes on Legacy Drive, Park Place, and Prairie View.
